We are sorry, but we do not currently offer cash on delivery.

The main reason is that each card is custom-made for the customer, requiring the dedicated work of a team of five experts to ensure the highest quality.

Since we cannot afford the risk of working intensely and then running into situations where the customer does not show up at the time of delivery, we have opted for safe and efficient online payment methods.

How long does it take to ship?

Once you place your order for your custom card, we are committed to ensuring maximum efficiency in the creation and shipping process.

After receiving your order, our team will immediately get to work following a detailed process : Creation of your avatar, Digitization of the design, Printing on holographic paper.

This entire process takes only 3 business days.

After that, your card will be shipped.

You can choose between Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

The production of the cards takes place in Italy and allows us to offer you a fast and punctual delivery, ensuring that your order reaches you in the shortest possible time.

After placing your order, the uploaded photo is processed through various artificial intelligence software, under the guidance of our team of experts.

Once this stage is complete, the image goes through the refinement stages in Photoshop, where adjustments are made to suit your preferences.

Next, we apply changes to the text, including name and border colors, for complete customization.

The card is then printed 3 times: on the back, on the front and on the holographic front, to ensure an extraordinary final result.
